A bit about these Entries. Some days you just need to get some thoughts out there and this, here, is where we will leave our musings. (Hope you like sentences that start on a preposition and Oxford commas).

Did you know that social media is a giant part of publishing and querying? That there is an expectation of gathering an audience and generating buzz long before your book gets noticed. I didn’t until last week and now, we have a schedule of social campaigns and content management, and many other words that make me sound like I know what I’m doing. But all of this synergy makes me want to crawl under the covers some days. It also makes me so excited to be part of this duo, because Ford is killing this. All the social media and scheduling and campaign management, none of it is confusing to Ford. So I am lucky to be in great company. I am working on catching up, but in the meantime I am loving watching my writing partner glow.

Current mood: overwhelmed by all the social media choices. How many color blues can one really need?
