All My Rage by Sabaa Tahir

I love Sabaa Tahir’s writing. Her characters have such significant inner depth.

This story is a heartbreaking, aching, loving open wound. It left me raw, thinking, wondering, how I show my love. Do the people I carry in my heart know that I hold them so close?

I have little to say about the book because I am still completely broken by it. It tells the story of two young people about to graduate from high school and what happens when life’s twists and turns take them off course. It is not a gentle story. There are many thorns, but as you read it you begin to understand how much this story needed to be told. Had to be put on paper. How much these characters are the very heart and soul of resilience and unconditional love.

Stop reading my review and read the book instead. -Sky
