Fine Print, Vol. 1 by Stjepan Sejic

Thank you thank you thank you to @stjepansejic and @this_is_edelweiss for this INCREDIBLY STEAMY COMIC.

Is this the sexiest comic I’ve ever read? Yes.

Did it immediately burn off all my clothes with how hot it was? Yes.

Am I grabby handsing for Vol. 2? Yes. Yes. Yes.

Fine Print is an erotic comic about the world of Gods: Hades, etc and the Cupids and Incubi/Succubi that exist in it, who are fearing for their immortality because ambrosia is becoming more and more rare. The Cubi have found a way to grow ambrosia, by offering Golden Contracts to rare people who can see through their glamour. Lauren Thomas, human, is one of those rare people, but she is also a huge hot mess.

Volume 1 sets up the whole world. Think of it as an Act 1. The first handful of issues follow different main characters and I was worried there wouldn’t be a through line to tie them all together, but by the end you see all the strings start to come together. AND BOY DO THEY COME TOGETHER (if you know what I mean 😜).

This comic has sex in just about every issue. I wasn’t really tracking it because it was so hot I just kept reading.

The Cubi can change binary appearance, from male to female or vice-versa, since they are made to cultivate desire. They have tails and horns. They are enthusiastic.

Volume 1 also begins and secondary plot of a Cubi who is stuck with a Golden Contracted asexual human. I’m very interested in how this develops, since Cubi don’t feel love, which is what I suspect the human needs in order to feel arousal.

I’m also interested in the possible exploration of Cubi who present female (female facial features, breasts) and have a penis or male and have a vagina. There could be some very interesting trans explorations here.

Also, bonus points because the writer and artist of this comic is married to the author and artist for Punderworld and they are in the same universe! Hello, cinnamon roll Hades!

I will give this comic two enthusiastic thumbs up, but quickly, because they are needed elsewhere. -Ford
