Mating The Huntress by Talia Hibbert

To start I am a huge Talia Hibbert fan.
I have been parceling out her books so I don't swallow all of them whole in a day or two, but it's Halloween, so it must be done.

This novella is lovely. Filled with coffee and Red Velvet cupcakes (coincidently my favorite). It has such a complex and well-developed world that it is hard to believe that this is a stand-alone novella.

The characters are fun and sassy, with a sensitive male and a brave, if sheltered unexpected mate.
She is all fire and he is all gentleness wrapped in a scary package.

The sex scenes are very explicit, so if this is not your cup of tea, I would steer clear, however, if you like heat in your sex scenes and chemistry, this is everything you need and want.

Ultimately, this was a joyful 3-hour romp in the woods and if Talia Hibbert ever goes back to this world, I am following her there in a heartbeat. -L.Sky.
